Simon is a founding Partner of Syntero Partners and works across the real estate, design and construction sectors in Asia.

With over 25 years' experience in recruitment, he started his career in London in 2000 with the UK's largest property recruitment firm. In 2006 he moved to Hong Kong as part of the team that opened the firm's first office in Asia. Over the following years he helped grow that business across the region and led teams covering several specialisms and markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to setting up Syntero Partners, he held senior leadership roles with leading property search firms covering the APAC region.

Simon works with developers, consultancies, operators and investors on senior and business-critical appointments across the infrastructure, data centre, hospitality, residential, retail and commercial sectors.

Jacky brings over 16 years of combined expertise in executive search and civil engineering, specialising in talent acquisition across the design & build and construction management sectors. His market reach spans infrastructure, data centres, commercial and residential developments.

Prior to recruitment, Jacky spent five years as a civil engineer with a global engineering consultancy in Hong Kong, giving him the technical foundation and strategic insight needed to advise multinational clients on senior-level hiring.

A proven leader in delivering multi-level talent solutions, Jacky holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ryan has 12 years' executive search and recruitment experience across development, design and construction. His work covers asset classes including data centre, industrial, hospitality and commercial, for clients in Asia Pacific and across the globe.

His clients range from investors and operators to developers and consultancies, and they trust him with the hires that shape their businesses.

Ryan advises on important hiring decisions, senior and executive appointments, new market entries and larger hiring campaigns, where timing, sequencing and reputation all matter.
